Pros

Good health insurance and decent benefits

Cons

Union shop (local 1) so the management is constantly trying to write people up so when they are actually unhappy with an employee they can fire them and get away with it. Micromanagement to the extreme. To enter the ORD facilities you have to walk up and down two staircases. At the top and bottom are a list of 8 rules to follow when walking on stairs. I’ve been yelled at because I used the handhold bar on the back of the truck as it was designed, rather than use the more unsafe LSG Sky Chefs approved method to get in and out of trucks. When I quit, they refused to pay my stored vacation time in violation of state law. (Now in arbitration.)

Too stressful, low pay, half of the people don't even speak English as their first language, union based company, supervisors aren't accommodating towards staff who have to go to their doctors every month to renew perception.
