      Sh*tty pay for slave work

      Pros

      Watching the airplanes take off.

      Cons

      Everything. Non stop work for 11 an hour, not enough people hired. Alot of people quit because of horrible communication. Bathrooms are trifling. The same people to clean also cook and serve food. The food is free but is canned majority of the time. The people that get paid the lowest does ALL THE WORK and most of the times the supervisors are on their phones, even when we are rushing before the planes take off. Once again not enough people hired, and more work is put on one individual.

      Great salary and benefits. Local management teams do work together. Fast paced environment.

      Cons

      Direction from corporate office can be confusing. They need to work on communicating more effectively at local level and from corporate level down to local level. Lots of turnover in management and hourly employees.
