Pros

An engaged CEO who actually cares about the employees and keeps them informed Great benefits, competitive pay, monthly town halls and employee events Good leadership team

Cons

The building doesn't reflect the 'energy' of what is inside; old and in great need of repair and upgrades; has appealing features but they need to be 'freshened up'

Pros

The company has a nice vision of the future and seem to know how to grow the company to suite the demands that will be put on them. If they can hit their roadmap of things to do, and hit it well then they have a great potential to grow and thrive. There are people there that are really smart and know what they are doing as well and was a pleasure to work with them. They seem to care about their employees in a way by making efforts to improve things in the building and events and bringing in food trucks, catering on occasion to make the work life easier.

Cons

The approach taken to achieve this good vision from the business side is hampered by the lack of vision from the technical side. The approach taken by the technical side is "iterative", however this approach doesn't think a few steps ahead but takes each new thing as its own thing with little if any thought given to supportability, maintainability, or how this fits into the future vision of the application. Priorities seem to change hourly at times but nothing is adjusted accordingly. If resources are working on one project that is top priority a smaller minor thing will pull them off that but won't adjust timelines for the first project to match that change in priorities. This comes in part due to a lack of processes, like a project management process.

Pros

They get the little things done to try and make the building nicer. Employee events have gotten better.

Cons

SkyTouch doesn't seem to care for developing current employees, there's not much room for growth unless you have an in with management.
