Loved the Intern Program

Pros

Fun Interactive training, helpful teams, will hear your ideas even as interns, interns create a bond no matter what department you are in, many interns received offers to come back next summer and a couple even got intern extensions while in school, and it was the most fun I've had at a job

Cons

finished projects fast and it was hard to learn the business in such a short period of time

Not A Great Place To Intern

Pros

SkyTouch has a start-up feel. Employees are friendly and eager to help.

Cons

Poor training, no good documentation, old building. Interns don't get healthcare benefits. At the end of the internship, no one got a job offer, only the internship extension and advice to "keep in touch".

We are sorry that your intern experience did not meet your expectations. As you know, our new CEO came on board in August and he is committed to making SkyTouch one of the best places to work in the Valley. We do recognize that it is a process, but hope that even in the short time he has been leading the company our employees see a renewed commitment to the employee experience.
