More cons than pros

-Positive financial outlook -Job stability -Continued growth

Cons

-Abusive management -Toxic workplace -No work/life balance - managers don't hesitate to call you when you're out of office when something urgent comes up, which is often. Some people get stuck working weekends often. -Micromanaging is common -Because the company runs lean, you are often stuck in the group you get hired in -Health benefit options are high deductible only -Finger pointing when things go wrong I've been told it hasn't always been like this, just that the last 3 years or so things have been going downhill with the increased workload. This may not be the right time to join the company.

Further, we recognize that the pace and speed of innovation in our industry is extremely fast and not ideal for every individual. Pros

Very poorly managed company in Woburn. Have been in business more than 10 years, yet they make more mistakes than any 10 startup companies. Safety is nonexistent, they want to be safe but don't have the time or money for it. They makeup yield numbers to keep others happy but in reality, if a customer needs 10 wafers, they start 16 and hope they get 10 usable wafers from the bunch.

Cons

Poor pay, long hours, lots of buck-passing, little to no paid time off. To say the company is unsafe would be wrong, they don't care about safety. I think they spend more money paying off OSHA then they send on PPE.
