      flexible hours, team work, friendly coworkers.

      Politics, some middle management do nothing but stay in the company forever, top management knows but they can do nothing about it.

      Good and professional people work there, compensation is competitive

      Cons

      The culture of cheap assembly line, mediocre quality products, lowering costs and meeting tight schedules is higher priority then the quality of products. At the same time, the company is extremely procedural. People are often intimidated and treated poorly. It's a consequence if doing business in consumer/mobile segment but it's deteriorating to the company culture.
