Pros

The office is located in a nice area (UC Irvine campus). The Finance VP is enthusiastic and easy to talk with. The company has a flat structure and every low turn over rate.

Cons

They don't have clear career path, say you don't know where you will be after 3 years. Almost everyone there has worked over 8 years, I feel like they really need some young and innovative people to help improve the culture.

Needs better mgmt

Pros

Some good people in company. Pay was decent and bonus was ok.

Cons

Middle mgmt is very inexperienced and it's too bad that their influence is so important in decisions. It's not what you know but who, to get ahead. Too many politics being played and finger pointing. Being thrown under the bus was a daily activity, by your manager who is suppose to be backing you up. Morale is low and people walking around scared for their jobs. Cannot trust your co workers, like another person posted, you will stabbed in the back before you know lit.
