Pros

Most of people are very friendly and always willimg to help. Great place to be in now especially it is rapidly growing. A lot of opportunities as an engineer.

Cons

Documentation is not that great. But otherwise, everything else is great as long as you position yourself in right project.

Pros

Good people, decent compensation. Company has plenty of resources both financial and human and aims to be a force in the market. Work life balance is reasonable and culture is generally positive.

Cons

New leadership is brutal and will slash jobs even when the people and the company are doing great. Anything to improve the bottom line. During my time there we experienced several job actions a year - even business units that were doing a great job for the company and key performers were shown the door based on the whims of executive management.
