Pros

The products and the technology we use are awesome. There's no company like this in Mexicali, which can be a con for professional growth.

Cons

Salary is less than average. Because of the business sector of the company and the technology we use is very different to Mexicali's mean, the experience you have is no good for other companies in the area.

Standard pay out. Good team. Helpful manager. Good HR system. Good benefit.

Cons

No training provided , learn from senior and from problem. Lack of catalyst among department to drive continuos improvement. So far haven't received any recognition awards , although success for few project. Unable to see appreciation upon successful of project , not even heard a "Thanks you ".

Diverse pool of talents. Interactions between different design sites. Good compensation package. Travel.

Cons

Opening of stocks account took a very long and the person in charge is not that proactive. The issue was escalated many times before it was solved. No eye/vision care benefits. Dental care claim is a hassle.
