Skyworks is my 5th company and so far its the best place to work with balance view on the importance of work and social life. This company empowered individual to perform on their best capacity. Nobody is left out and all are made to feel that we are part of great plan, for SWKS bright success.

Cons

This is no enough recreational activity.

Employees are continuously stretched with new assignments Never a boring day in this company Steep learning curve but I'm thankful for helpful team members even those from another office whose face I've never seen before Fair bosses who reward team members according to performance Equity plan is a huge plus in this company - compensation wise.

Cons

Expect long hours and demanding team members and bosses Expect to sacrifice some "me" time even during the weekends. "order among chaos" is the motto If you don't speak up and air your views, you will be drowned among the other voices
