Great place to try out new ideas, management didn't impose any restrictions on new technology development. Very generous with tools and equipment needed to get the job done.

Cons

No real clear goals were presented. No direction, and not really ever sure who was in charge. The ending was very disappointing as well.

a very narrow product portfolio- PA for cell phones no much opportunity for career advancement misalignment between employee contribution and promotion/monetary award

Really nice work environment. Good support and services for you to concentrate on your own work. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Upper level management is not able to guide high-skill engineering talent to the right markets/areas. Groups carry high risk of being laid off. Extremely poor financial approval of engineering success.
