Very poor old boys association style management that is old fashioned and no new way of thinking Talented people have no growth in the company No flexibility for job even when family has issues Head office in CA and VP really doesn’t understand Woburn. Comes to Woburn and gives lecture

Cons

fast pace and not time to learn deep and the pay is not competitive and the no work life balance. Insurance is very bad.
