You get your space to do what needs to be done.

Cons

Pay could be better. Health insurance is too expensive and crappy. Facilities are old, dark and dingy. There is not even a lounge to take a private phone call or simply to enjoy your break. You are expected to be available even during off hours and sometimes even during your time off and weekends.

Pros

Company encourages employees to advance and move to different departments if they wish. Good work-life balance.

Cons

No longer has a small-company / start-up culture. Pay not as high as some competitors. Not all employees treated the same - VERY cliquey. Different expectations for same position depending on your manager or work site.

Avg benefits, deductible has gone up since the new guy took office, 401k, PPO, PTO, VSA, ESPP.

Cons

I have had the honor of working with this company for the past 3 years now and in my employment i have witnessed and experience many cons. The working conditions there are on day to day basis very tough and heavy as far as production goes, the pay is minimal for what you do/12hr start. Those who try and exceed only get put down by other workers that suck up to management; thus, in return management turns the other way.
