Pros

Their supply chain and customer relationships are the best in the industry. Depending on your position and role, you get good exposure to Tier 1 customers/partners, as well as state-of-the-art supply chain and vendor capabilities. Stock has done well. If you just want to do your job, take your paycheck and not be too motivated to make a difference, this is a good place.

Cons

It's like a shark tank - heavy politics and finger pointing on lower management by upper management. The culture is evident as all senior management positions are held by sales/marketing professionals with no technical experience or exposure. They have a tendency to block strong technical folks from going up the ladder. The company is always chasing sockets and is never the first one as minimal resources are invested in technology/research. It's all about pleasing the Wall Street. If you lack technical prowess, have done well in a highly political organization, and love your old school 8 - 5 office hours, this is the place to be. Flexible schedules are frowned upon.

Nothing positive that has been found.

Cons

Virtually no co-op or intern wanted to go back the team after working. Very serious attrition issue due to toxic team culture. Every body uses the feet to vote. 1.Low pay below the market. Raises are very bad. It’s even worse as you stay longer. If you find reviews saying good pay, they are one type of the manipulated fake reviews from HR/manager as the other types. 2.The majority of the full-time team members don’t know anything. They undermine the others’ contributions by taking advantage of the facts that the managers are not technical. Gossiping the peers behind colleagues’ back is normal. 3.The team lead like to misrepresent the fake data and force the whole team to follow in order to cheat the credits from senior management and the product team, which is acquiesced by the team manager. 4.The manager only consider how to flatter senior executives to get promoted for themselves, neglecting engineers’ own interest.

Pros

The people to work with are the best reasons to stay and what the company does is very cool. The top management talks a good talk and vision. If you thrive and love a very fast paced environment where you don't mind working longer than 8 hours a day to get the job done then this is the place for you. You do go home every day feeling very accomplished. There is always something new and challenging and you really can make a difference.

Cons

The company runs extremely lean, has unrealistic goals and expectations with very low budgets to work with, the targets set for bonuses the last 2 years unrealistic so not achieved. In 2016 no bonuses were paid out in the co. and 2017 a lot of groups got barely anything so very demotivating when you work so hard and long hours and were counting on it all year long. Company also has the tenure employees below the market pay scale they can go to any competitor right now and earn more money easily.
