During interview process I was told Slalom had already booked a large project in the technology I specialize in that would go "at least a year". After joining I learned that was not true; the project was then lost in the bidding process. As a result, Slalom wanted me to become a Jr level resource in technologies which I had no experience in I was told that I would be part of the interview process for new members joining the team.
