-Excellent benefits -My specific direct managers were very supportive and communicative -Work life balance was pretty good Overall it’s a large company that works with other large companies so you generally don’t have the understaffed and overworked situations that you’ll get at smaller companies. Their internal training programs are very well developed. It was still mostly remote when I was there and there were no plans for a regular in person schedule.

-Project alignment can be hit or miss, there’s no guarantee that projects will come up that fit the technology stack that you’re experienced in
