      great culture, not so good salary

      Pros

      - Embrace feedback culture - Can work mostly remote / or hybrid now without being forced to go into the office - The talent is amazing, you will always learn something with anyone you work with - Work life balance is good - Better consultant firm than most when it comes to projects

      Cons

      - Layoffs happened :( - Salary is lower end - Not as much PTO - you gain a day of PTO per year - 401k also isn't great

      Pros

      Compensation is good and health insurance is ok

      Cons

      Management/Sales promise everything to clients and send you to full fill their promises, resulting in 50-60 working hours per week for you. When you do the math for the hour rate, you realize that is not as great as you initially though. At any signs of you slowing down, HR gets involved and blame you for anything and everything they can think of. It's not worth the stress.
