Pros

There's a small group of corporate employees who are genuinely committed to supporting their colleagues and doing the right thing. Their care and dedication stand out and make a difference in day-to-day work, even when the broader environment is uncertain.

Cons

The organization lacks a clear strategic direction from senior leadership, resulting in frequent reactive decisions and inconsistent priorities. Communication is limited, transparency is minimal, and changes are often implemented without a long-term vision or meaningful impact. Leadership tends to prioritize their own interests over employee well-being, creating a disconnect between values and actions.

Pros

They have competitive pay, and they don't micromanage

Cons

Management has all been hired in laterally at their roles so they don't have any understanding of the jobs their people are doing nor the tools they work with. Company lacks vision, doesn't have working tools to do your job, and they haven't launched successful products in a really long time. This company is just sitting on old products which they have patented and continue to make them money while not being actively forward looking. If you work here know that it will quickly become boring and unfulfilling, since you won't be learning much. Company paid an expensive consulting group to tell them what was wrong with the company and they told them it was management... They fired the consulting company because they couldn't take a hard look in the mirror...

Pros

Benefits Work Life Balance Pay

Cons

Very toxic work environment on the manufacturing side. Plant Manager and Production Manager are related so Production Manager can treat operators poorly with no repercussions
