Pros

Leadership is approachable and cares about the employees. The work is though provoking and challenging, but there is a refreshing focus on individual development. Casual and friendly atmosphere with a culture focused on family and sustainability. Solid benefits package including a 100% employer paid medical plan and vision plan along with various voluntary benefit options. On-site fitness center and exercise classes. On-site Family Health Center for employees and their families.

Cons

Some areas within building are bit dated and the parking lot needs some work. The cafeteria could use a facelift.
