Pros

Pay and benefits for office and management is very good. The company has managed to keep manufacturing in the U.S. despite offshore competition.

Cons

Employees are micromanaged with something called successfactors. One must be willing to stretch the truth to game the system. No one seems to verify the accuracy anyway.

Family owned, collaborative environment, always moving forward and changing to continue being the leader in the industry. Strong brand recognition and everybody working together to passionately preserve the environment.

Cons

Can't think of anything particularly negative. We work together as a team and learn to try to not make the same mistake twice

Great company that pays you what you're worth. They do care about being successful, but not at the expense of the employees. They also provide additional resources that contribute to your well-being.
