Pros

Smardt have a really solid product and some really amazing and dedicated people backing the product , there is also loads of potenetial.

Cons

- Zero middle management and toal lack of respect from the C level ''people are replaceable'' was on phrase i heard in a C level meeting amogst other awful things. - total chaos in production where they are underfunded and staffed amogst supply chain issues to make things worse - 40+ senior staff have left in the last 6 months - take over of a lage parant company left everyone with masive KPIs set an zero support / resouces to get there

Pros

The Friendly atmosphere. As long as your work is done, your manager wont bother you. I really like it here.

Cons

Not enough activities. Managers often forget to show appreciation to their employees for the great work they are constantly doing.
