Pros

I really enjoyed learning about different ethnic hair styles. I enjoyed working a few of my co-workers.

Cons

Minimum wage and little advancement in the company. Management made their own hours and left the me and one other person to close most of the time. I also had a major gallbladder attack and my manager didn't care and was more worried about if she was going to get her lunch when I was running a 102 plus fever and asked to go home early. Three dates later I had emergency gallbladder surgery!!

Good place to start right out of school, get your foot in the water by learning to sell products and combo those with your services

Cons

Hard to make service and product goals in some stores, not a lot of training classes that were promised before employment. Constantly being called into work or asked to stay late, mostly because my manager called in or was running late.

Please just start here for just experience for a few months.

Cons

This company do not appriciate there stylist.Working minimun wage and never able to reach commission is not a place to work longterm. Too much work and not enough pay!!!!But always asking you to do morer.This is exactly why they have such a big turn over.
