You get paid no matter if you are slow or not, tips, this is the place to learn eeverything You didn't learn in beauty school . You will be comfortable

Cons

Don't pay enough, you will never commission, it's always new people and managers never stay long, too much work not enough pay . It's not worth it

Pros

Great for a beginning stylist if you're in a high traffic area. Flexible hours.

Cons

Hard to make commission if you're in a smaller city, low pay, your hard work goes unappreciated by the higher ups. Other stylist quit a lot so if you're the dependable type you WILL end up picking up slack.

I loved everything about smartstyle, the business and employees

Cons

The former manager, at the time, was stealing from the company and i reported her. When she found out it was me she made my life miserable. One day, i had to have an emergency surgery and when i tried to contact her to fill out the leave of abscence, she kept avoiding me and made it seem like i didn't want to return and the system drop me. That caused me to lose my source of income making it so that i gad to move to my inlaws house (out of state).
