Pros

This is a great place for brand new hairstylists to start out. Built in clientele due to location.

Cons

Pay was low but a great opportunity for tips. The salon was open everyday and it makes it hard to have a weekend day off.

Pros

I love the commission scale, and the new methods from the higher ups are so much better than the way the company used to run. They care much more about their employees now. We have a steady flow of walk by clients inside the Walmart, making an ideal location.

Cons

Short staffing because stylists are concerned about working "inside Walmart". The POS system has so much room for improvement, such as the ability to set appointments for future dates-getting rid of the redundancy of the appointment book.

It's a job. All black attire for the "flawed" Free samples

Cons

The company lures you in when they start talking about commissions. If you're not good at math you'll never figure it out. They are not very caring when it comes to their employees. It's all about numbers with thus company.
