Pros

Consistent pay, some incentives to managers only.. Not great ones. Sometime free products once every four months for sales.

Cons

Bad management 3/4 the time, company always lays off employees. Values are non existent.

there are no pros to working here. totally not worth it. huge waste of time.

Cons

Only get paid minimum wage with no chance of raise. They try to tell you that if you work harder to build the business that you can make commission. Well when you live in a smaller town with 15 other salons and a beauty college, there are better and cheaper places to go. it was very very slow 99% of the time. After 4 years of working there and trying everything I could think of (even doing my own daily deals that were not company approved, to try to drum up business), I never ONCE hit commission. also I guess since its in wal-mart customers think they don't need to tip.
