Okay right out of school, but it takes time and patience for the pay to be worth staying and making a career out of it.

No experience after school needed, incentives and prizes (if your salon is busy enough to even be in the running or if one person in each salon will win)

Cons

Very low pay for stress level if you are unable to make commission (slow shifts or slow salon in general)
