Direct management very rude, unprofessional, and keep salon untidy. Never swept,kept the salon filthy, rude to staff

Regis Corp is a wonderful company to work for, I accepted a position again because I had confident in the brand,met a lot of wonderful clients while enjoying what I love to do to do

Easy job to get. Free products once a month to try out.

Cons

Benefits offered cost more than your paycheck!!! Easy to get fired. They do not promote growth opportunities. In most of their salons, people are mean and trifling. They have become a place to harbor thieves, liars, cut throat types, and ghetto regional managers. They slave you out on minimum wage! All you can afford to do is fill your tank up. (some cant even do that!)
