nothing much you get a paycheck every so often and the clients are nice at points.... also make good tips and get some good clients

Cons

they are cheap and the pay rates never seem to budge. Retail and other sales goals are insane... please calm down and realize we cant do everything.

Pros

No pre-booking clients, walk-ins only. The salon I'm in is super busy, so the money is good.

Cons

Regis execs don't have a clue what it's actually like in the salon on a day to day basis, the upper management making decisions are a joke. They portray themselves a a company that cares about it's employees when it's completely the opposite. The hours are horrible and there is little flexibility when needing time off. I started with my work permit and couldn't even get an extra day off to go take my state board exam. This company takes micromanaging to the extreme.

Pros

Full benefits after 1 year. Ability to commission while having a guarantee base pay. Built in customer flow bc we are in walmart. Rewards program. Continuing education classes. Flexible hours. Friendly and fun coworkers. Great support system.

Cons

If you aren't willing to put yourself out their and work hard to build your clientele, you won't make much more than the base pay.
