If you don't hit commission you still have hourly to fall back on. They have good team building strategies. They are willing to work with you on a flexible schedule that would work for you and them.

Cons

Hourly is minimum wage, and the company policies are always changing from one week to the next. I can't seem to keep a steady pace.

hired as full time every little while they cut my hours cant make commision. THey always change your hours so u can not build a clientele. min wage is all u will make they want u to work only when it benefits them only. They dont want u to make commission because t hey have to pay u more u sell a lot of retail but if u don't make commission u dont get it so they really never pay any commission for ur sales on retail they push and push u to sell retail they hire people who want work and the ones that do have to work hours the new people want or cant its like ur being punchlist for trying to make it work at this place
