Monthly Lunches and I have a great team that I work with

Low salaries for the area, under appreciated, high turnover of employees and rarely give raises.

We certainly do love our monthly catered lunches! With our new Performance Management System, we are able to assess salaries and reward employees based on performance. Relaxed, "start-up" environment, friendly people

Cons

Pay is extremely low and there is no room for negotiating. Not much room for vertical growth either. More of a "resume builder" type of job.

Pros

Great company, who treats their employees impeccably. Great pay, great incentives, and bonuses. Morale is the best I've ever witnessed. They are fair, and offer equal opportunity throughout. They cater lunch at the entire last week of every month. Great work life balance. The marketing team is amazing, and works hard to provide sales opportunities and maintain good sales pipelines. They really invest in their company and even more into their employees.

Cons

Not a single negative thing to say.
