Pros

The pay looks decent at first glance. Once the workload becomes clear and the dysfunction reveals itself, it becomes obvious the salary is nowhere near enough to justify stepping into this mess.

Cons

- Anyone hoping to advance a career should stay far away from SMARTERDX. - The entire place is a dysfunctional mess driven by deeply incompetent leadership. - Accountability is nonexistent and any sense of structure is missing. - Hard work goes unnoticed due to nepotism and blatant favoritism.

Pros

In my short time here, I've only received more opportunity to advance my career from a skillset perspective and ownership. Its been great and my team members/cross department have been super helpful, friendly and a joy to work with Ownership Responsibility Friendly competent people Cutting Edge Technology Strong WLB Unlimited PTO

Cons

The company is growing extremely quickly and with that, you have to expect change. Change comes with ambiguity. If you're not comfortable working with some levels of change, ambiguity and rolling with those - it might not be the right fit for you.

Pros

The healthcare focus and product idea are genuinely interesting.

Cons

- The direction was painfully unclear, and it kept showing up in the work. - You would start something thinking the goal made sense, then realize halfway through that it was never properly defined. - So you go back, adjust, and then end up adjusting again. - It is not constant, but it happens often enough that it feels constant, if that makes sense. - It turns into constant second guessing, even when that should never be necessary.
