      Growing pains but I love it here at Smartsheet

      Pros

      - Excellent environment and atmosphere - Focus is on work but the the mood is fun - Flexibility to explore and work on your own projects - Employee satisfaction is important and I feel that in words and actions

      Cons

      - Adding layers of management and processes are being formed and re-formed - slowly developing HR support with additional rules (PTO policy)

      Pros

      It used to be a great company. Great people. Great product.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. The good guys have moved on. They rolled out a new model and now the company is bleeding money. Customers are fed up and looking elsewhere. The SVP of sales is not trusted by anyone and the culture has deteriorated since the day they started. It’s really that terrible.
