Pros

-Large enough that we have enough structure, small enough that there are exciting growth opportunities and ability to make an individual impact -Really supportive and friendly culture - at the end of the day, I feel like people care about me as a human and prioritize that -Leaders are willing, and often eager, to change the way we do things rather than stick to the status quo for its own sake -Leaders I interact with are genuinely committed to and passionate about DEI

Cons

-Should keep improving change management & communications from P&C - try to be more proactive, direct, and to the point -Core benefits need to improve - our medical insurance is not competitive enough for the Seattle tech space. I spend a lot more on healthcare than I did under my previous company's insurance

- Not much opportunity for growth - RSUs - although generous, these are given over salary increases - Yearly salary increases are not substantial - Unlimited vacation - does come with a caveat. the employee must provide significant notice before taking time off.
