Pros

Great company culture, mission, and vision with competitive compensation & generous parental leave

Cons

Technical and customer success resources are very limited, so you have to tackle a ton of addt'l work outside of the typical sales motion, including building environments, customer success like engagements, renewals, etc.

Pros

Had upside with bonuses for big deals $10k. Onboarding is great - intense on product and Challenger Sales Process & should ensure you hit your numbers in the first few months

Cons

If you last more than 2 years, you 'may get a stacked book, meaning you'll likely meet/exceed quota, then you can carry over accounts you chose - knowing there is opportunity in there. However, if you get moved to a new team, you'll likely get the left-over accounts, and management has no mercy. Management ensures it gives their friends the accounts with lots of upside. During COVID it fired salespeople with health issues.
