Pros

Managers who are open to your ideas, ambition and allow you to challenge their ideas for a better outcome. Communication and strategies throughout the year from the top down to help you hit your quota and exceed it. A sales floor that is fun and a director that is very supportive and encourages contests. Quarterly grub hub meals. Other organizations push fear when it comes to sales. A few sales reps are starting to get promoted from within which is valuable to not only retain reps and offer upward mobility but to share tribal knowledge and best practices to win business. They allow sr. reps to transition to strat roles as well.

Cons

No Christmas party. We don't have work from home culture yet. I'd like to see our CSM role go onsite with our customers more frequently and be measured on training and enablement activities. More women in leadership roles is a good goal for Smartsheet as we continue to hire more CDMs in Bellevue, Boston, and Au.

I appreciate you sharing that you value the transparency of Smartsheet%E2%80%99s leadership team, as well as a supportive culture that fosters innovation and work/life fulfillment. With regard to the 401(k) match, the People & Culture team continually evaluates how we can provide our people with a competitive total rewards package. We were very excited to recently announce the launch of our 401(k) matching program, which will become effective May 1, 2020. Hoping we can support your career growth for many years to come! Pros

-Manageable goals with very fair compensation. I love what I sell, can make a great paycheck selling it. -Our customers are truly fantastic and they love Smartsheet. It's so rewarding working with companies that value what you offer. -I fully trust the management teams here- Starting with very competent and sharp front-line managers, directors and VPs, all the way to the top I know that the leadership team has our best interests in mind. -Great culture- Everyone is aligned on Company goals and helps each other. The competition is healthy, not counterproductive.

Cons

-Nothing major, just the typical fast-growing software company challenges that you'll see at any similar organization
