Amazing product and engineering teams. The platform is great and provides a great deal of value to the customer.

Cons

- The Enterprise Strategic and Select sales org fosters a toxic and bro culture filled with alcohol abuse and misogynistic activities. - Very high turnover and very little strategic leadership or guidance. - Leadership is disconnected from the front lines with a transactional point and shoot attitude, and offer very little support and sales enablement. - The overly Woke ideology and push from the C-Suite appears to just be hollow virtue signaling, as these are well known issues that they choose to ignore.

I’m proud to share that 32.% of all WWFO employees in the last year were promoted internally, and career development is not only important to me, but the entire senior leadership team and our organizations. We’ve doubled down on our commitment to develop our employees to prepare them for their current and future roles. We’ve invested in Chorus to help enable our managers to better provide feedback; providing MEDDIC training to all employees to better qualify deals, and are nearly doubling the size of our Sales Enablement team this year to ensure ample support for our sellers. The company genuinely does there best. Lots of resources during COVID and if you’re in the Boston office you can be ask sketchy a sales person as you’d like!

Cons

The sales org is a literal 5 alarm fire. There is no SDR/AE alignment, SEs literally have empty calendars while leadership asks the revenue generating folks to do everything (prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close). If you’re into selling with zero sales support - this is your place. Oh and Good luck implementing what you sell
