      Good benefits, great c-level leadership

      Cons

      Very poor visibility and guidance from immediate managers. Internal movement is not based on growth, revenue, and sales partnerships, but more about internal politics and favoritism. Seems as though that delighting customers and establishing a relationship to effectively grow their business is not taken into account for personal success.

      Feels like the right place to be at the right time

      Pros

      The product sells well. The salary and commission can be very good. You get the best computer hardware out there. Lots of room to climb the ladder if you work hard. Great training team and management team. The company is on the verge of going big.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets equal selling opportunity. As we grow the books of business get more and more fragmented. Those that have been here a while keep their best accounts and shuffle the rest. The early bird definitely got the worm. But that’s not to say that you won’t make money. Lots of newcomers are hitting their numbers or exceeding them. Attitude is everything, and a willingness to work hard goes a long way with management.
