There are far worse companies, but there are far better companies. Avoid this one, if you are talented and reasonable you can do much better. Customers love the product. Sales team knows how to sell it. Good people throughout company

Make notice of the reviews here, there are many 5 star reviews here all appearing on same day, take them for what they are worth. Ratings have gone up because of this. Whole orgs and teams have been broken for years, nothing is ever done to fix them. For a company that sells software to help manage processes, the processes at Smartsheet are broken or non-existent. Incredible amounts of turnover, every week between 5 and 20 people would leave. Harder to know now as the person who sent the email on new hires, departures and promotions left and they used that as a convenient opportunity to stop that email and hide the truth. There are some people wholly unqualified for the leadership positions they are in.
