There's no growth opportunities as a lower level employee. The only growth you see is the managers getting promoted with higher salaries doing the SAME OL' JOB. The seem to only pat each other on the back. There's no SOPs. Managers do not talk to other managers as to what/how things should be done. So directions are often confusing. There are some individuals that doesn't understand how things work but they are able to fly under the rader and not get caught. Then there are those of uswho DO know how to work and bust their butt getting things done and STILL get scolded. Overall bad management. Oh did I mention there are SO many managers. That's why there's no leads or supervisors. You have a manager for 3-4 people.
