      Pros

      Smartsheet boasts an innovative environment that provides ample supports and offers lots of opportunities for personal learning and development. I highly recommend it.

      Cons

      Personally, I miss being onsite with my team. I enjoy having face-to-face daily interactions, impromptu trips to get coffee, grab lunch together, and/or get happy hour after work.

      Interesting work across engineering. The company is growing a lot, this in turns means lots of interesting problems to solve

      For the most part the company seems to make good decisions, but currently feels like the company is making a few decisions that feel a little short sighted causing churn

      Pros

      If you like fast-paced environments and want to be able to make a difference, this is a great company for you. We are at a influx point in our maturation where every employees can make an impact as we learn, grow, and scale. Ideas are welcomed, change is encouraged, and voices are heard. Leadership cares and is making real investments in the systems and structures to enable employees to thrive. Market is growing and you only have to look at the stock price growth to see that the future is bright.

      Cons

      Some legacy systems still need to be overhauled in order to accelerate growth. We are a company full of optimists who are prone to underestimate the time it takes to bring new initiatives to life, while not a huge flaw in and of itself it can create some fatigue as initiatives layer on top of each other due to backlog. That said, leadership's ability to prioritize has improved dramatically in recent years and the trendline here is a good one.
