Been with the company for over 6+ years and Smartsheet is always trying to do better not just with our product, but with its people. No matter how large we grow, I still feel like a person and not just a number. The people who work at Smartsheet are some of the best people I have ever met and even on bad days I'm still happy to work at the company. Best place to build a career not a job.

Cons

Still has some growing pains with internal processes, but thats excusable given how quickly we grow.

This is a place I'll be for years, good for growth: - Exec leadership team for the company - open to change / evolving stance on WFH / remote - Benefits (401K and employee stock purchase program) - Strong sales leadership team - Resources (people, programs, tools) dedicated to helping sales, constantly evolving - Product offering is evolving rapidly, positive changes every quarter

Cons

Processes & product offering are evolving so rapidly that it can be difficult to stay up to speed on everything going on at the company and how it impacts our customers.
