      Pros

      Smartsheet is a company with strong values and even better people. The best thing about this company is the product - it solves real business problems and changes customers lives. Leadership ensures that all levels of employees are fully support to succeed in their roles.

      Cons

      Smartsheet solves so many problems and works with all industries and lines of business so it takes a little bit of time to get fully ramped up, but when you do you are able to maximize your earnings and crush the comp plan.

      A fantastic company to work for

      Pros

      The product is incredible. I used it to plan my wedding, and my entire family uses it to plan/track their personal/professional lives. The people- it's pretty tough to get hired BECAUSE they have each person go through extensive interviews to assess personality and workability, plus talent/skill for the job of course. The internal growth- I feel so supported to look for other roles/opportunities so that I am happy. The people- I have never worked for a company where I genuinely liked every single person I met. This is finally true. Everyone has a heart of gold, is driven, smart, and willing to share the spotlight. Also, management is constantly asking me what I feel they could do to make my experience better, and help me grow within my role.

      Cons

      hard to get into the company- not sure if that's a con- they look very very closely at the personality of the person to make sure they hit our 6 major values head on.
