- Great Engineering challenges and teams get to own the full stack, from application to infrastructure. - Amazing compensation and benefits - Best HR I've ever worked with. Company genuinely cares about staff. e.g hen covid hit, we were told to stay away from the office before any government guidelines were published. Later on staff were given the option to change their contracts to be fully remote if they wished to do so. - Diversity is a real thing here. I've worked in places where it's constantly talked about but not achieved. it's not the case with Smartsheet. - Completely stress free environment
