      Pros

      Culture, Team, Peers, Leadership everyone is absolutely amazing and most people are here to stay for the long run. We have amazing benefits to use WHEN NEEDED as long as you don't abuse them. Very diverse and positive environment. Lots of room to change processes and being hybrid remote is a sweet spot for me, going to the office is fun and not a chore so everyone does what they can to show up and network and have fun together, some people drive 3-4h to come to the office for events because its such a fun environment!

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance can be tricky but it ultimately depends on you and how organized you are to accomplish your goals, but its most definitely doable. although ideas are plenty, change has a tendency to be very slow if you want to do things right - is not as agile as it could be, and we could benefit from an established formal continuous improvement culture driven by dedicated people for this purpose.
