      -Salary - 4 days of work (10 hours) 3 days off. - You can ask to work remotely.

      Cons

      -You must do overtime. -No rest between calls and emails. -Unrealistic metrics and expectations - No work life balance. It seems to be as they offer 4 days work (10h) and 3 days off. But in reality the amount of work that you have to deal with forces you to stay doing overtime everyday that you work . You end mentally exhausted. -Most customer service workers quit after 3 or 4 months despite the salary (that says a lot about them)
