Pros
- work/life balance - feedback is heard - management is supportive (I assume this comes down very much to the team and the manager as well) - great colleagues - warm atmosphere - development opportunities - flexibility
Cons
- though we are aware of the current situation, it still can be nerve-wracking to keep working from home, so it would great if the offices were accessible again for those who preferred to work from there, maybe just once or twice a week
