      Generally good work-life balance, at least in my org/pillar. I work with a lot of genuinely pleasant, knowledgeable people.

      Cons

      Engineering management has gone downhill. The predominant attitude is that everything is terrible and needs to be rebuilt, and while that may be true I'm not seeing a lot of commitment to actually doing it. People are getting burnt out.
