Pros

Free snacks and coffee every day. Catered lunch is offered once per month. Happy hours happen once per quarter. I've met some close friends through working here.

Cons

Like other recent reviews here have described, there are major problems with management and culture that lead to unhappy experiences for many employees. Most people on the team feel undervalued. There's a lot of bitterness and conflict due to a culture of office politics and favoritism. The hardest working and best employees often go unrecognized and get left behind because managers don't manage fairly. Several team members have left recently because of frustration with how management runs their business. Morale is low and a lot more people are actively looking for other places to work.

Thank you for providing your perspective. The Sales Development (SDR) motion is important to our commercial sales structure in Boston and Bellevue, and our goal is to support the team members serving in that role. As a current SDR team member, my hope is that (1) you attended the SDR all-team breakout session during sales kick off and found it valuable, (2) have received information on updated SDR processes and metrics, (3) have taken advantage of internal feedback options we have in place, including your manager, your HR business partner, and general employee feedback (direct line to CEO and me, available on the employee resource center). Although we can't guarantee a certain outcome, we discuss and openly consider all feedback. You ended your review with “there's still a chance to turn things around” -- I hope we can count on your commitment as we begin a new fiscal year together. --Kara Hamilton, Chief People & Culture Officer

Thank you for providing feedback. I’m glad to hear that you have confidence in our leadership and value our people. I am sorry to hear about your feelings regarding sales managers, and if there are specifics I would appreciate hearing more so we can improve. Internal mobility and career growth are key focus areas for my team, and we strive to bring on leaders at all levels who reflect our values, and who provide employees with ample support and opportunities to develop. And, you are correct - every candidate who interviews with us should place importance on getting to know their potential manager and gauge whether they embody the qualities that will help them succeed. I wish you the best in your future endeavors. --Kara Hamilton, SVP People Operations

Pros

Corporate culture that values accountability and discipline, but even more so it values respect and relationships. The team here is exceptional and I enjoy coming into work each day to work with such great people. CEO Mark Mader is extremely transparent and prioritizes regular communication with the team.

Cons

I've been here over a year and I'm not feeling the downsides. Surely some leaders and teams are different, but I feel empowered and respected. Commuting to Bellevue sucks but the company pays $200/m for parking, commuting, or bus.
