      Pros

      Value driven company with a passionate customer base that love the product. Good product that is developing quickly. Nice people and a very friendly environment. Helpful colleagues and a overall nice vibe at the office. Good benefits and a very understanding and supporting environment.

      Cons

      Current changes in platform, licensing, pricing and leadership is causing a lot of internal communications issues and are impacting our customers negatively. Solution Engineers are leaving at a very high rate due to low pay so Sales will inevitably suffer due to the lack of support and time it takes to ramp up new Solution Engineers
