      Amazing Growth and Opportunity Here

      Pros

      - Team of very smart people. The smarter the team you work with - the more you can learn and get done. - Business opportunity is huge. SaaS space is on fire. Great product and growth with lots of opportunity for improvement across the board. - Transparency in business. Management team shares tremendous amounts of information with the whole company. - Everyone is working in the same direction. Everyone has stock options and are highly motivated to do what is best for the customers and the company.

      Cons

      This is only a con for some people. The high rate of growth means that things are constantly changing. If you don't like change, this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Really smart bunch of folks with no bad apples Management knows what they're doing, they treat people right, and they have integrity. Surprisingly good work life balance for a startup Company doing well and has loads of untapped potential Good pay including equity Company very healthy + solid product + good management = high employee morale.

      Cons

      Older, more experienced staff -> a more "professional" environment, i.e. not as "fun" an environment as your stereotypical software startup--no foosball table, beer fridge, etc.; but if you like to come in, get your work done, and go home at a reasonable hour, maybe that's not a negative Being a B2B product, it's not the sexiest thing in the world to tell people you work on

      Pros

      Love the transparency. It's great to work on a team of A players who are passionate and love to contribute. Leadership understands the business, how to treat employees and has a genuine regard for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Thus far the only downside I have seen in working here is the commute and frankly that is a personal issue.
